Our intergenerational day services provide a variety of programs for children, frail adults, and those who are disabled to stay healthy and at home, while spending the day with us. We offer personalized service in home-like setting for all ages and abilities, regardless of faith, culture or ability to pay.

St. Ann Center has been recognized as a model for intergenerational day services at the U.N. World Conference on Aging and on the Older Americans Act website. It also has received several local, state and national awards.

- Adult Day Services (social activities, hot meals, snacks)
- 24 Hour Overnight Respite Services
- Outpatient Rehab (PT, OT, Speech and Aquatic Therapy)
- Alzheimer’s Disease & Other Dementia Care
- Skilled Nursing Care (RN, LPNs on duty)
- Personal Hygiene/Whirlpool Baths
- Warm-water 88º Aquatic Program (wheel chair accessible)
- Onsite Hair and Nail Care
- Child Day Services
- Art & Music Therapy
- Massage Therapy
- Psychotherapy
- Spiritual Services-for all faiths
