Shepherd House provides day services (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

for those with Alzheimers disease and dementia

in a secure, home-like setting.

• Care can be arranged between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.
• Individualized care for persons in the early, middle and late stages of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. All services are designed according to clients' abilities and with safety in mind.
• Our staff to client ratio allows for personal care and attention especially for individuals with behavioral challenges.
• A secure walking path is located within the building so clients can exercise without fear of being lost or confused.
• Occupational, physical and speech therapies are certified through Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance companies.
• Personal hygiene, whirlpool baths, massage therapy, hair and nail care can be arranged on a pay-per-service basis.
• Our intergenerational aspect allow integration in all activities including art and music therapy, special entertainment, group exercise, community outings, as well as trips and picnics.
