• Since 1983, St. Ann Center has been providing its clients with traditional therapeutic services in a non-traditional setting. As a front-runner in adult day services the Center’s goal is to offer a comprehensive and creative approach to rehabilitation. in addition to traditional, individualized therapy services in our clinic, St. Ann Center’s Rehabilitation also offers aquatic therapy and now, Home Health Rehabilitation.

• Our therapists are dedicated to helping clients of all ages achieve the highest level of independence possible to improve their quality of life at home and in the community.

• The Outpatient Rehabilitation Departments at St. Ann Center are certified and under Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance and private pay.
